**How to Return an Item**  

To return a product, it must be in its original, unused condition unless it arrived with a manufacturing defect. If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will replace it at no extra charge. **Conditions for Return:**

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product.

  2. Items must be UNUSED.

  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, and invoices.

  4. Ensure that the return package is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

  5. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

At FoneZone.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please adhere to the following guidelines for a smooth return process:

 

- Refunds will be issued only through the original method of payment.

- Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

**Cancellation Policy**

Once a cancellation request is made, FoneZone will take 1-2 business days to process the cancellation and initiate the refund. You will receive a notification upon confirmation. For any delays, please contact your bank after receiving our confirmation.

 

**Return Conditions**  

Our return policy is valid for 7 days. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

**Gifts**  

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.
