**Delivery Time**
All products are delivered within **1 to 30 business days** across India and arrive right at your doorstep. Orders are shipped from **Sunday to Thursday**, between **8 AM - 5 PM**. Note that there may be restrictions on certain products and some items may not be shipped to specific states or cities within India.
**Order Placement & Real-Time Shipping Quotes**
When you place an order, FoneZone will provide real-time shipping quotes and estimated delivery dates based on product availability and your shipping address.
**Order Tracking**
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. However, some orders may not have tracking numbers. For deliveries within India, the estimated delivery time is **1-30 working days**, and you will be notified if there are any delays.
**Shipping Charges**
- Pay **10% Advance** and the remaining **90% upon product delivery**.
- **Free Shipping** on prepaid orders within India.

**Backorders**
If an item is on backorder, we will ship the available items first. Once the backordered item is in stock, it will be shipped at no additional cost.

**1. How long will it take to deliver my order?**
All products are dispatched within **30 business days**. Delivery depends on product availability and your location. Orders placed before **12 noon** are dispatched the same day.
**2. Why does dispatch time vary between sellers?**
Dispatch times depend on the product’s availability, geographic location, and the shipping destination.
**3. Is FoneZone.com inclusive of all taxes?**
Yes, all taxes are included in the listed prices on FoneZone.com.
**4. Is Next Day Delivery available?**
No, next day delivery is not available. Please note that we cannot dispatch products on Fridays and Saturdays. We do not guarantee money-back if incorrect addresses or PIN codes are provided.
**5. Where does FoneZone.com deliver?**
FoneZone delivers products across India.
**6. Can I modify my delivery address?**
Yes, you can modify your House Number or Street Number, but the PIN code cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched.
